Mr. Balwant Singh Nehra, popularly known as ‘Dada Ji’ is the founder of Anant Charitable Trust. He started the story of Amatir Kanya Gurukul at the age of 65 at his native village primarily to educate those girls who were forced to dropout of school for various reasons.
An Electrical Engineering graduate from IIT (BHU) Banaras, he is a retired professor from NIT, Kurukshetra and a very successful progressive farmer who has made positive difference in the lives of hundreds of families.
Dr. Kaushik acts a guiding light and driving force behind Anant Charitable Trust and all its initiatives. He has a rich administrative as well as teaching experience in various reputed engineering colleges. A retired Chemistry Professor, He is a chemical engineering graduate from Punjab University.
A lawyer, farmer and avid & passionate sportsperson who has achieved success in multiple sports. He wants to impart to all the Amatir girls, what he has learnt from sports – perseverance, patience and confidence.
He is a Law graduate from Kurukshetra university.

Through Amatir Ashish is devoted to the cause of unlinking quality in education from its price/cost. He is on a mission to bring transformation in the lives of Amatir girls - from being a quarry of rejection, discrimination and dejection to the confident, perseverant, rationale yet emotional leaders who are ready to contribute to the multi-dimensional growth of the society and nation building.
In addition to being a Social Edupreneur, Ashish has more than 22 years of diverse experiences as ERP Technologist, Organic Farmer and an Infantry Officer with the Indian Army. He is a Sloan fellow from London Business School, Postgraduate in Business and Graduate in Arts & Law.
An educationist, Administrator, British Council Ambassador & Core Skill Master Trainer, but foremost a Teacher, Dr. Priti Ojha, began her professional journey as a Computer Science teacher, mastered inculcating globalisation in her teaching and learning methods and has been instrumental in helping more than 600 schools for the International school award, and more than 100 teachers for promoting Core Skills in the classroom teaching.
She has received her Doctorate in Computer Science.
With a Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education, Psychology and Teaching children with Special needs from UK, her focus is on Curriculum planning, teachers training and designing educational toys, games and teaching aids.
She believes that the experience of learning for children should be fun, stimulating, interactive, help build attention span and encourage children to find answers though play.
She has successfully set up preschools Pan India and designs educational toys for leading international toy brands.
Lavlesh Bhanot is an Educator, Consultant and a Researcher. He works with education institutes- schools and higher education (Universities) with an intent to create a change in the thinking paradigm in education, especially bringing new, alternate and futuristic education.
Lavlesh works with IIT-Delhi as a Course Manager and Mentor Faculty. He is also a visiting faculty at Auro University, Surat, Gujarat. He brings in a total of twenty years of work experience with specialization in Human Change management and Consciousness studies.
Lavlesh is a postgraduate in business management and a bachelor of commerce. He has studied at Mirambika (first batch) a free progressive education research center based on Sri Aurobindo's Integral Education and Integral Yoga.
